With me being from Louisiana and Vic being from Kentucky, a Bootlegger’s party was inevitable. Dunia and Rachel, and all the ladies dressed up for the occassion. This year featured 28 different bourbon’s and ryes, from standard issue Bulleit, to Willet and Old Pappy 23 yr old and Vintage 21. We roasted a pig, made bread pudding, and had a blast. The dress code? Anything bootlegger. Speakeasy Owner, Cattle Baron, Gunfighter, they all fit. We borrowed outfits from friends and rented costumes from Sony and Universal, and captured it all in a photo booth. Grand night indeed.
