At this point, membership gets you on the invite list for all events. Our events are based on membership contributions for all who attend. Budget’s typically prepared by James, Vic & Eric, then divided among attendees.
At this point, we are actively looking for a location in Los Angeles to hold monthly, and annual events. A place where we can gather to cook, cure the hams and salumi, test cooking equipment, leave cookbooks, ferment mash, and more. Once we find something, we will move to a monthly due schedule to cover costs..
