We are actively looking for a location in Los Angeles or Pasadena areas to hold monthly events. A place where we can gather to cook, cure the hams and salumi, test cooking equipment, leave cookbooks, ferment mash, dry-age meat and fish, and more.
Once we find something, we will move to a monthly due schedule to cover costs..
