Year 2, and things really picked up. More pigs. More wine. More sausage. And the world’s first red meat turducken: a rabbit, stuffed inside a lamb, stuffed inside a goat, with layers of mushrooms and truffles and rosemary to really set things off. Insane. 40 guys. And more dead animal than a pet cemetery. Perfection.
