The 5th edition needed to be special, and it was. Elk rack meat sculpture, beef with oils and tinctures, foie gras snickers bars, and maybe the best flight yet: Grange, ’86 Mouton, Giacosa, & Vega Sicilia, all in one go. Massive flight.
