Applying promotes you to the invite list for events, which are funded by member contributions from all who attend. We're actively hunting a location in the Los Angeles or Pasadena areas — a place to gather and cook, cure hams and salumi, test equipment, ferment mash, and dry-age meat and fish. Once we find it, we'll move to a monthly schedule to cover costs.
