Whatever you want to call it, the theme is the same. A lot of butchered pork, red wine, and bourbon, and the end product is a lot of awesome grilling and salumi for a little further into the summer.
No one does it like we do it, old school, Cajun village on a remote bayou style, and it’s insane.
